Each client’s needs and personality are unique. I make contact with you early in your change process to take time to get to know you, your business and your operating goals.  The BABoK (business analyst body of knowledge) influences how solutions are crafted.  With that, I can offer a high level of service, advice and guidance that few of my competitors offer.

I work with office, health care (e.g. insurance, infrastructure providers, clinical providers, biotech companies), loft, showroom, select retailers, flex or industrial space users, and land developers with $25 million to $250 million in annual revenue that operate from one or multiple offices from NY to MA.

I have been affiliated with Berko & Associates of NYC since August 2014.  I was affiliated with the prominent regional brokerage firm, Sutton & Edwards/TCN Worldwide from 2000-2003.  I served as market leader to scale the firm’s presence among the counties of New York City.  Transcations were consummated within the counties of NYC and some companies were relocated to Nassau or Suffolk County.

These Case Studies demonstrate my abilities. My commission /fee is borne by the landlord/seller you buy space from or at an hourly rate that we agree to, paid by your firm.
